Wat zal je job inhouden?
Als Freight Forwarder Export Sea stel je zelf zendingen samen en coördineer je het hele transportproces van A-Z:
- Verlenen van dagelijkse service en contacten met klanten en communicatie omtrent zeevracht export zendingen
- Aanmaken van de zending in je eigen TMS systeem
- Zendingen boeken bij de verschillende partners (vervoerders, rederijen) volgens de afspraken
- Instructies geven aan het douaneteam voor het opstellen van douanedocumenten.
- Dagelijkse contacten binnen het DSV netwerk voor aankondigingen van zendingen en opstellen van offertes
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor correcte facturering en gegevenskwaliteit

Als expediteur zeevracht zoeken we iemand met:
- Al enkele jaren ervaring binnen Freight Forwarding (Zeevracht)
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
- Vlotte kennis in het aanleren van nieuwe computerprogramma's
- IMDG + Codex opleiding (bij voorkeur)
