The role: Sales Lawyer

You're the face of the firm in front of clients. You sit across the table from founders, in-house counsel, and fellow lawyers to show them what an AI-native law firm can do. You run demos, lead sales conversations, and turn interest into signed engagements. You bring real legal credibility to every conversation, translate client needs into the right solution, and help shape how we go to market. As we grow, you grow with us.

What you'll do

• Represent the firm in front of clients, prospects, and the wider legal community as our lead salesperson.
• Run product demos and lead sales conversations from first contact to signed engagement.
• Understand client legal needs and translate them into the right solution, drawing on your own legal background.
• Speak at events, webinars, and industry gatherings to build the firm's brand and pipeline.
• Work closely with the founding team to refine our go-to-market approach, messaging, and sales playbook.
• Learn our AI-native way of working and continuously sharpen your sales and product knowledge.

Qualifications and requirements

• Qualified as a lawyer, with a minimum of 2 years of legal experience.
• A genuine desire to be client-facing and to move from practising law to selling legal services.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• A natural salesperson: persuasive, energetic, and comfortable owning revenue conversations.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited about AI-native legal work. xlxgzvr
• Based in Brussels; hybrid considered, in-person strongly preferred.
