Jouw plek bij AXIDigitale transformatie is geen eenmalige inspanning, wel een continu verhaal van aanpassing, wendbaarheid, en strategische groei. Ons doel? To get IT right! We bouwen aan IT-infrastructuur die organisaties en mensen helpt om het beste van zichzelf te geven.
Binnen Talent Acquisition willen we de beste kandidaten bereiken en meekrijgen in ons verhaal. Hiervoor zoeken we een Growth Marketing Stagiair die ons helpt met onze candidate lead generation.
Jouw missie
Als onze Growth Marketing Stagiair heb je als doel om onze markt in kaart te brengen, te ontdekken waar onze toekomstige kandidaten zich online begeven en een digitale funnel te bouwen die "passieve scrollers" verandert insollicitanten.
Taken:
- Marktmapping & Persona Ontwikkeling
- Voer onderzoek uit naar ons concurrentielandschap en identificeer specifieke "talent pools."
- Bouw gedetailleerde kandidaat-persona's (wie zijn ze, wat drijft hen, wat zijn hun digitale gewoontes en voorkeursplatformen?).
2. Funnel Architectuur
- Ontwerp en stel een meertraps digitale funnel voor (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
- Bedenk "lead magnets" (content zoals whitepapers, webinars of cultuurvideo's) om gegevens van kandidaten vast te leggen nog voordat ze officieel solliciteren.
3. Kanaalstrategie
- Bepaal de beste ROI-kanalen voor onze specifieke behoeften (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok of niche-industrieplatformen).
4. Budget & ROI Analyse
- Breng in kaart voor welk budget welke ROI kan verwacht worden.
Jouw talenten
- Je volgt een opleiding in Marketing, Communicatie, Business of een gerelateerd veld (met een sterke interesse in HR Tech).
- Je begrijpt hoe algoritmes werken en hoe je de aandacht trekt.
- Je bent sterk met data en vindt het leuk om de "waarom" achter de cijfers te ontdekken.
- Je wilt niet alleen "iets met social media doen"; je wilt begrijpen hoe het de groei van de organisatie beïnvloedt.
