Financial Controller
Voor onze klant zoeken wij een Financial Controller.
Je komt terecht bij een Belgisch technologiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in slimme installaties en technische dienstverlening bij particulieren en bedrijven. Het bedrijf is actief binnen telecom, energie en beveiliging en werkt voor grote merken en projecten verspreid over heel België.
De omgeving waarin je terechtkomt? Snel, ondernemend en constant in beweging. Geen logge structuren of eindeloze beslissingslijnen, wel een bedrijf waar initiatief telt en waar ideeën snel omgezet worden in actie.
Binnen finance zoeken ze geen klassieke backoffice-controller die enkel rapporteringen opstelt. Wel iemand die mee in de business duikt, cijfers begrijpt én ze weet te vertalen naar concrete acties en verbeteringen.
Functieomschrijving
Als Financial Controller volg je de financiële en operationele resultaten op van verschillende klanten en projecten.
Je analyseert cijfers, processen en operationele data en vertaalt deze naar heldere inzichten voor management en business. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met operations, planners, techniekers en directie.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Financiële prestaties en KPI’s analyseren
- Managementrapporteringen opmaken en toelichten
- Afwijkingen detecteren en structurele verbeteringen uitwerken
- Forecasts en financiële analyses ondersteunen
- Business cases uitwerken voor nieuwe projecten
- Request For Pricings financieel analyseren en doorrekenen
- Meedenken rond optimalisatie van processen en rapportering
- Interne controles en financiële discipline bewaken
- Operationele en financiële flows kritisch analyseren
- Actief meedenken rond rendabiliteit, capaciteit en efficiëntie
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen finance, economie of een technische richting
- Ervaring binnen controlling, finance of accounting
- Sterk analytisch inzicht en interesse in data en cijfers
- Je denkt kritisch en stelt bestaande processen in vraag
- Je communiceert vlot met zowel finance als operations
- Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt ownership op
- Je voelt je goed in een dynamische omgeving waar veel beweegt
- Je combineert financiële kennis met businessinzicht
- Een uitdagende functie met veel autonomie
- Rechtstreekse impact op beslissingen en processen
