Beschrijving van de functie
The Account Manager - Optical Sector will have the following responsibilities :
- Drive commercial growth across Flanders by expanding the presence of ophthalmic solutions within targeted healthcare accounts.
- Identify, engage and develop new business opportunities with ophthalmologists, clinics and hospital-based eye care professionals.
- Strengthen partnerships with existing customers while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead the development of strategic growth areas such as myopia management, leveraging clinical evidence and market insights.
- Promote innovative vision care solutions, including products addressing presbyopia and eye protection needs.
- Design and implement territory plans that translate market opportunities into sustainable business results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expertise on products, market trends, pricing and practice development opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, including product implementation, customer training and ongoing support, to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

- Proven success in sales (MedTech / Eyecare is a must)
- Hunter profile
- Network in ophthalmology
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
