Actief uitbouwen van klantenrelaties en prospectie Adviseren van bedrijven rond hun aanwervingsnoden Zoeken, screenen en begeleiden van kandidaten Matchen van talent met opportuniteiten Onderhandelen en opvolgen van plaatsingen Uitbouwen van een eigen specialisatie en netwerk Creëren van duurzame relaties met klanten én kandidatenProfiel
Jij bent iemand die:
Ervaring heeft binnen werving & selectie, executive search of staffing Commercieel sterk is en opportuniteiten zietZelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt Energie krijgt van netwerken en relatiebeheer
Kwaliteit belangrijker vindt dan snelle scores Ondernemerszin heeft en zijn of haar eigen business wil uitbouwen onder een veilige vlag
Bewust kiest om van thuis uit te werken met regelmatige (online) overlegmomenten met de collega's
