Senior Financial Analyst EMEA & APAC - Heart Failure

Abbott seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Heart Failure business across EMEA and APAC regions. Based in Belgium, the role involves balance sheet management, working capital oversight, SG&A reporting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making for regional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly close and forecasting processes across EMEA and APAC regions
- Lead balance sheet reviews focusing on Accounts Receivable, working capital, and Other Assets & Liabilities
- Own SG&A reporting, forecasting, and spend management activities
- Provide financial performance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
- Drive reporting standardization, process simplification, and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Controllership, or Commercial Finance
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Expertise with financial systems such as Hyperion, Dodeca, SAP, or comparable platforms
- Strong balance sheet management and working capital knowledge
- Analytical problem-solving skills with proactive, results-driven approach
- Fluent in English
