In deze rol sta je in voor het delen, versterken en up‑to‑date houden van technische kennis binnen de organisatie, zodat collega’s en partners steeds efficiënt en zelfverzekerd kunnen werken.
- Technische trainingen geven aan interne techniekers, service support en externe partners
- Trainingsmachines opbouwen en materiaal voorbereiden voor opleidingen
- Technische ondersteuning bieden bij complexe storingen en diagnoses, telefonisch of ter plaatse
- Technische documentatie actueel houden en updates delen met het team
- Samenwerken met fabrikanten om kennis en productinformatie up‑to‑date te houden
- Technische info vertalen naar begrijpelijke taal voor collega’s
- Groei en ontwikkeling stimuleren door kennisdeling en begeleiding
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een stevige technische basis, aangevuld met de juiste motivatie om kennis te delen en anderen te versterken in hun vak.
- Technische Bachelor autotechnieken of voertuigtechnieken , automechanica of ervaring als technieker
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en complexe info helder kunnen uitleggen
- Oplossingsgericht denken en rustig blijven onder druk
- Nauwkeurig werken en professioneel handelen
- Klantgericht en service‑minded met een flexibele houding
- Empathisch vermogen in begeleiding en ondersteuning
- Goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans
- Technisch handig, ook zonder formele opleiding
- Bereid om te groeien tot Technical Trainer via interne opleiding
