Beschrijving van de functie
Als Junior Odoo Solutions agent bij True Digital los je technische problemen op en help je mee oplossingen voor klanten op te zetten en op te leveren. Je ondersteunt klanten via e-mail, chat en telefoon en werkt mee aan Odoo-projecten.
Je werkt voor twee merken:
- KMO Shops: gebruiksvriendelijke webshops en geïntegreerde kassasystemen voor kleine bedrijven
- Wedoo: digitale transformatie en Odoo-implementaties voor ambitieuze bedrijven
Je behandelt vragen en technische problemen van klanten van A tot Z. Je ondersteunt onze Odoo Consultants bij configuraties, data-imports, workflows, testen, documentatie, klanttrainingen, technische aanpassingen en basisintegraties. Je leert het vak in de praktijk en neemt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen Odoo-projecten.
JE BENT ...
- Hoger opgeleid. Je hebt minstens een professioneel bachelordiploma behaald, bij voorkeur in Toegepaste Informatica, IT of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Technisch sterk. Je werkt vlot met HTML en CSS en begrijpt hoe websites, databases en digitale systemen werken.
- Beginnend programmeur. Je hebt al praktisch gewerkt met Python, JavaScript en XML. Je hoeft hierin nog geen expert te zijn, maar hebt wel een basis waarop je verder kunt bouwen.
- Vlot met codingtools. Je gebruikt tools zoals Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor en gelijkaardige tools om problemen te onderzoeken en technische oplossingen uit te werken.
- Ervaren met digitale platformen. Ervaring met CMS-, CRM- of ERP-systemen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
- De techneut van de familie. Jij bent de persoon die familie en vrienden bellen wanneer een website, computer of digitaal systeem weer eens "plotseling" niet werkt.
- Leergierig en proactief. Je zoekt zelfstandig naar oplossingen, probeert graag nieuwe dingen uit en wilt doorgroeien.
- Sympathiek en nauwkeurig. Je communiceert vlot, werkt gestructureerd en hebt een onberispelijke spelling. Je word dus een beetje kwaad van de dt-fout in deze zin.
- As cool as a cucumber. Je houdt het hoofd koel, spreekt en schrijft feilloos Nederlands en begrijpt voldoende technisch Engels.
