Missie
Als FP&A Retail Analyst speel je een cruciale rol binnen de afdeling "Controle de Gestion". Je bent de rechterhand van de Financial Business Partners (FBP’s) en fungeert als de financiële expert die de brug slaat tussen de cijfers en de operationele strategie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van budgetten, het monitoren van de financiële prestaties en het identificeren van commerciële uitdagingen om de groei van Carrefour België te waarborgen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Performantie-analyse: Je analyseert financiële resultaten uit het verleden om trends te identificeren en een eerste niveau van strategisch inzicht te bieden.
Budgettering & Planning: Je bereidt budgetten en financiële plannen voor op basis van historische data en toekomstige projecties.
Business Partnering: Je werkt nauw samen met operationele teams (zoals Pricing) om de financiële impact van nieuwe concepten en initiatieven te evalueren.
Corporate Governance: Je monitort Capex-uitgaven en investeringscomités en ondersteunt bij de boekhoudkundige afsluiting en provisies.
Rapportage: Je bereidt financiële gegevens voor voor presentaties aan de directie en werkt samen met de Reporting Factory voor accurate rapportages.
Procesoptimalisatie: Je ziet toe op de naleving van financiële procedures en stelt waar nodig correctieve acties voor om de databetrouwbaarheid te verhogen.
Profiel
Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in management, economie of een vergelijkbaar financieel domein.
Relevante ervaring in controlling, financiële analyse of het beheer van financiële projecten is een sterke troef.
Analytisch vermogen: Je hebt een passie voor data en cijfers en kunt complexe informatie vertalen naar heldere inzichten.
IT & Talen: Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van Excel (kennis van een ERP is een plus). Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Frans en het Nederlands. Engels is een plus.
Competenties: Je bent resultaatgericht, kunt goed samenwerken en beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht om stakeholders te adviseren.
