Just like Ann-Sophie, as a Junior Supply Chain Consultant, you step into a role where you connect people, processes, business objectives and technology. Your mission is to help clients strengthen their supply‑chain operations through a human‑centric , analytical and ERP-driven approach. 

Here’s what a typical project journey looks like: you’ll start by visiting the customer and joining workshops that reveal how their teams really work. From these conversations, you craft clear and structured process blueprints that outline both current and improved ways of working. These blueprints then become the foundation for bringing the processes to life within an ERP context. As the bridge between business and IT, you help translate business needs into system logic, collaborate with functional and technical experts, validate processes through demos, and ensure the solution is both feasible and user friendly. Once the ERP solution takes shape, you guide teams through their transition, supporting key users with clear explanations, hands on help, and a strong focus on human adoption and change.

Throughout your projects, you’ll be exposed to domains such as production, warehousing, procurement, and sales , always working with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and empathy.

With more than 450 experienced consultants, our Hub covers all the functional expertise in implementing end-to-end supply-chain solutions for SAP and Microsoft . We deliver solutions that support our customers’ core processes (warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, sales, etc.) via digital transformation (automation, standardization and digitization).

From day one, you’ll join one of our Talent Team , supportive community built specifically for new joiners in ERP consulting. You’ll kick off with a structured onboarding bootcamp before stepping onto your first real client project, supported by senior colleagues every step of the way. As you grow, you’ll take on more ownership and responsibility, and soon enough you’ll be mentoring the next intake. • are a final-year student or a young professional with up to one or two years of experience, ideally with a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field, ideally with a major in Operations Management or Supply Chain & Operations
• have an interest in supply chain & operations and want to grow your understanding of business processes in a practical, real-life context
• are eager to learn how modern ERP solutions (like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics) support end-to-end supply-chain processes
• have a natural feel for consulting : you listen well, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping people move forward
• speak Dutch and/or French, combined with English
• have a driver’s license so you can collaborate with customers on-site when needed
• show enthusiasm, curiosity, and the motivation to take on new challenges
