Junior Supply Chain Consultant- Business & Technology Transformation

We are hiring for September 2027.

You’re motivated to step into a position where you connect people, processes, business objectives and technology . You like being part of a team that keeps transformation initiatives on track, even when things move fast and priorities shift.

You’re on a mission to help clients strengthen their business through a human-centric, analytical and, where relevant, technology-driven approach. You’re on the ball, flexible, comfortable asking questions and putting new tools, including AI, to work to get there.

Whether you’re the kind of person who’s energized by the business side of transformation, or the kind who’s drawn to translating business needs into system logic, there’s a place for you on our team.

What team will you be part of?

Although delaware has built up a rock-solid reputation as an IT implementation partner, technology is only part of the story of a digital transformation. delaware helps companies transform beyond technology in what we call "Connected Transformation."

That ambition takes two complementary shapes within our Business Applications Hub consisting out of more than 450 experienced consultants. Our business transformation team works across the different supply chain domains (production, logistics, sales and distribution, ...) to optimize how organizations run , identify the right technology and support its implementation with a strong emphasis on processes, documentation, and adoption. Our SAP and Microsoft Dynamics teams bring those same transformations to life inside the ERP solution itself covering end-to-end solutions across the supply chain domains.

From day one, you will join the Talent team . A supportive community built specifically for new joiners. You will kick off with a structured onboarding bootcamp before stepping onto your first real client project, supported by senior colleagues every step of the way. As you grow, you will take on more ownership and responsibility and soon enough you will be mentoring the next intake.

We have offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre , but often work on-site with clients. At delaware, we foster innovation and continuous improvement, offering a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and ample opportunities for professional growth.
