Key Account Manager Vlaanderen
Ben jij een ervaren relatiebouwer met een sterk commercieel inzicht? Krijg je energie van het uitbouwen van strategische partnerships en het creëren van duurzame groei bij grote klanten? Dan is deze uitdaging bij Adecco misschien iets voor jou.
Als Key Account Manager Vlaanderen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van een portefeuille van nationale en regionale klanten. Je bouwt sterke langetermijnrelaties uit, detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en positioneert Adecco als strategische HR-partner.
Jouw uitdaging
- Je versterkt en ontwikkelt bestaande klantenrelaties op strategisch niveau.
- Je identificeert groeikansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete commerciële resultaten.
- Je begrijpt de uitdagingen van je klanten en biedt passende HR- en staffingoplossingen aan.
- Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen klanten en interne stakeholders om een excellente dienstverlening te garanderen.
- Je bewaakt klanttevredenheid, servicekwaliteit en de verdere groei van je portefeuille.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in (Key) Account Management binnen een B2B-omgeving,
- Ervaring binnen HR, staffing of dienstverlening is een sterke troef.
- Je combineert commerciële slagkracht met strategisch inzicht.
- Je bent sterk in relatiebeheer, onderhandelingen en stakeholdermanagement.
- Je neemt ownership, werkt proactief en bent resultaatgericht.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
