Voor een toonaangevend internationaal productiebedrijf in de regio Tielt zoeken we een gedreven SAP Business Analyst . Je komt terecht in een i nnovatieve organisatie waar technologie en productie nauw samenwerken. Met een sterke lokale basis en een duidelijke Europese ambitie help je processen te verbeteren en digitale projecten te sturen die het verschil maken. Hier heerst een hands-on mentaliteit met korte lijnen en volop ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. Dit is dé plek voor wie impact wil maken, zowel lokaal als internationaal. Functieomschrijving- Je bent de brug tussen business en IT en vertaalt behoeften naar duidelijke functionele eisen voor digitale applicaties.
- Je analyseert processen en zoekt actief naar kansen om digitale tools te verbeteren.
- Je werkt nauw samen met producteigenaren, ontwikkelaars, UX-designers en eindgebruikers om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.
- Je begeleidt testen, verzamelt feedback en gebruikt data om oplossingen te valideren en te optimaliseren.
- Je bewaakt de prestaties van applicaties en doet voorstellen voor continue verbetering.
Jouw profiel
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, bedrijfskunde, informatica of Informatiekunde, Handelswetenschappen of Bedrijfskunde.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als businessanalist in digitale of IT-omgevingen.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden , nauwkeurig en een echte teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieskills.
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum en kennis van digitale platformen en apps; SAP-ervaring is een plus.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
