Door hun uitbouw op het Europese continent gaan we op zoek naar een Business Development Manager die de Nederlandse markt verder gaat ontginnen.

Description
Als Business Development Manager Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen van de volledige Nederlandse markt. Je combineert commerciële flair met technische affiniteit en bouwt duurzame relaties op met industriële klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders om zo goed mogelijk in te spelen op klantbehoeften.
Volgende taken staan centraal in pakket:
- Je implementeert een groeistrategie voor Nederland, met focus op new business
- Je identificeert en benadert nieuwe klanten via beurzen, events, LinkedIn en directe prospectie
- Je onderhoudt relaties met bestaande klanten (±30% farming) en legt de nadruk op actieve prospectie (±70% hunting)
- Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar technische verpakkingsoplossingen in samenwerking met interne stakeholders
- Je volgt het volledige commerciële traject op — van eerste contact tot offerte en contract
- Je werkt grotendeels autonoom op de baan/bij klanten en bent gemiddeld één keer per maand op kantoor in België
Profile
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaren ervaring in de verpakkingsindustrie en wil doorgroeien naar een zeer zelfstandige rol met mooie verantwoordelijkheid
- Je bent technisch aangelegd of hebt affiniteit met technische producten/processen
- Je bent een geboren hunter: ondernemend, hands-on en niet bang om de telefoon te nemen of nieuwe klanten te benaderen
- Je werkt graag autonoom, plant je agenda efficiënt en voelt je comfortabel op de baan
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een degelijke kennis van het Frans
