Embedded Project Manager / Technical Lead (Part-time)

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Embedded Project Manager, who can also step in as Technical Lead when required.
This position combines project management, technical coordination, and organizational leadership.

Main Mission
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a large-scale project. Acting as the primary point of contact with the integrator, you will ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines, while maintaining smooth and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project activities and coordinate stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project scope, planning, and budget.
Act as the link between technical teams, the integrator, and management.
Set up and facilitate Agile/Scrum rituals.
Identify risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Provide support in strategic technical decisions when acting as Technical Lead.

Profile / Requirements :

Skills & Certifications
PMI or Prince-2 certification (mandatory).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (mandatory).
Proven experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner (≥ 1 year).
Strong track record in leading platform transformation programs (from design through to rollout).
Familiarity with ITIL cycles: service design, service transition, and service operations.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus.

Project Experience (must-have)
At least 10 years of project management experience.
Successfully managed at least one long-term project (≥ 2 years).

Languages
Dutch: mandatory.
English: fluent.
