Notre client est une PME industrielle belge reconnue pour son expertise dans les équipements techniques destinés aux infrastructures, à l'industrie et au bâtiment. Dans un contexte de transformation industrielle, de digitalisation des processus et d'amélioration de la performance, il recherche un Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager chargé d'optimiser les opérations, renforcer la qualité et accompagner le changement sur le terrain.
Notre client est une PME industrielle belge reconnue pour son expertise dans les équipements techniques destinés aux infrastructures, à l'industrie et au bâtiment. Dans un contexte de transformation industrielle, de digitalisation des processus et d'amélioration de la performance, il recherche un Continuous Improvement & Operational Quality Manager chargé d'optimiser les opérations, renforcer la qualité et accompagner le changement sur le terrain.
Identifier les inefficacités opérationnelles et piloter des plans d'amélioration. Analyser les causes racines des dysfonctionnements et mettre en place des actions correctives durables. Développer et suivre les KPI industriels liés à la performance et à la qualité. Réduire les pertes, rebuts et coûts de non-qualité. Animer les démarches Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen et 5S. Superviser les activités de contrôle qualité opérationnel. Accompagner les projets ERP et de transformation industrielle. Fédérer les équipes autour d'une culture d'amélioration continue.Profil
Ingénieur industriel ou civil (production, mécanique, électromécanique, électricité) ou équivalent. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en environnement industriel. Expérience en amélioration continue, excellence opérationnelle, qualité ou industrialisation. Bonne maîtrise des KPI industriels et de l'analyse de données. Connaissances des méthodologies Lean, Kaizen, 5S et Root Cause Analysis. Familiarité avec les ERP ; Odoo constitue un atout. Français courant et anglais professionnel, le néerlandais est un atout. Personnalité pragmatique, analytique, orientée terrain et capable de conduire le changement.Compétences linguistiques
