Locatie - GeelVersterk het Manufacturing Science, Analytical & Technology (MSAT) team als wetenschappelijke spil tussen ontwikkeling en grootschalige GMP-productie. Je draagt actief bij aan technology transfer van nieuwe biologische geneesmiddelen, procesoptimalisatie en continue monitoring van bestaande upstream cell culture processen op de Sanofi-site in Geel. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Faciliteren van technology transfer van nieuwe drug substance-processen vanuit ontwikkelingslabo's naar grootschalige GMP-productiefaciliteiten Documentatiegereedheid bewaken: process fit-gap analyses, process control strategies, media batch sheets en sampling plans voor klinische batchproductie Ondersteunen bij process performance qualification voor succesvolle implementatie op productieschaal Leiden van procesverbeteringsinitiatieven gericht op hogere yield of robuustheid, inclusief opbouw van ondersteunende datapakketten Data trending en monitoring van bestaande commerciële productieprocessen Opstellen van wetenschappelijke en technische studie-protocollen en rapporten ter ondersteuning van significante proceswijzigingen Bijdragen aan onderzoeken en impact assessments bij significante productieafwijkingen Nauw samenwerken met het laboratoriumteam op labschaal activiteiten
Jouw profiel
Jouw profiel Master of PhD in Life Sciences met minimum 3 jaar (PhD) of 5 jaar (Master) relevante ervaring in process development of een MSAT-gerelateerde rol Hands-on ervaring met mammalian cell culture op labo- en/of productieschaal; kennis van purificatieprocessen is een plus Solide kennis van cGMP; eerdere GMP-ervaring is een troef Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en detailgericht Vlot in Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk); internationale werkomgeving Vertrouwd met statistische technieken en data trending; ervaring met JMP, Statistica, Matlab of Simca is een plus Flexibel: bereid tot occasionele avond- of weekendshiften en wisseling tussen labo- en productieschaal Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en teamspeler in multidisciplinaire omgevingenTaalvaardigheden
