Antwerpen/Vilvoorde - Bij DPG Media geloven we dat iedereen – met de juiste ondersteuning – het beste uit zichzelf kan halen en kan blijven bijleren. Die ondersteuning bieden we via onze Academy, het centrale leerplatform waar al onze afdelingen samenkomen. Binnen ons dynamische BENE-team werken we met veel passie voor het L&D-vak en zetten we de medewerker altijd centraal. Voor onze locaties in Antwerpen en Vilvoorde zoeken we voor een periode van minimaal 8 weken een zelfstandige en enthousiaste stagiair(e).
Ben jij analytisch en nauwkeurig ingesteld, en wil je onze leerprocessen mee doorgronden en verbeteren? Dan is dit jouw kans om een brede ervaring op te doen en impact te maken op de professionele groei van duizenden collega's.
Wat ga je doen?
Tijdens deze stage krijg je een brede blik op het Learning & Development-landschap binnen ons mediabedrijf. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en biedt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief:
Analyseren en optimaliseren: Je evalueert onze huidige leerinterventies, analyseert resultaten en doet concrete voorstellen om onze leerprocessen en leermethodieken te verbeteren. Je helpt mee data-gedreven te werken, bijvoorbeeld door het ontwikkelen van een dashboard.
Coördinatie en ondersteuning: Je ondersteunt de programmamanagers bij de organisatie van trainingen en de communicatie met deelnemers, trainers en locaties.
L&D Inspiratie: Je denkt mee over hoe we medewerkers nog beter kunnen inspireren om aan hun eigen ontwikkeling te werken en gaat mee op zoek naar sterke leveranciers voor ons trainingsaanbod.
Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?
Je volgt een hogere opleiding in een relevante richting zoals Pedagogische Wetenschappen, Onderwijskunde, Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie of een andere opleiding waar leren en talentgroei centraal staan..
Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig ingesteld: je bent in staat om 'uit te zoomen', leerprocessen te beoordelen en verbeterpotentieel te signaleren.
Je hebt een grote passie voor leren en ontwikkelen.
Je werkt zelfstandig, bent proactief en communicatief vaardig.
