Are you a creative mind who loves video, storytelling, and content creation? Do you enjoy turning ideas into engaging videos, from the first concept to filming and editing? Search no more; our marketing team is looking for a creative intern to help us bring threon's stories to life through video.

• Create video content from start to finish: help turn ideas into videos: think about the concept, prepare the shoot, film the content and bring everything together in the edit.
• Capture life at threon: join us at company events, behind-the-scenes moments and other initiatives to capture authentic footage and turn it into engaging content.
• Turn stories into strong video concepts: think creatively about how we can translate employee stories, projects, expertise and company initiatives into content people actually want to watch.
• Create content for social media: develop short-form video content for LinkedIn and other channels, experimenting with different formats, storytelling styles and trends.
• Edit and polish content: work with footage, sound, subtitles, transitions and other elements to create professional and engaging videos.
• Experiment and innovate: try out new video formats, editing styles, tools and creative ideas. We'd love for you to bring your own perspective and challenge us with new concepts.
• Collaborate with the team: work closely with our marketing colleagues to turn ideas into concrete content and help strengthen threon's online presence.

• Build your portfolio with real projects. Gain hands-on experience with different formats, from interviews and short-form videos to event and behind-the-scenes content.
• Learn how content supports a marketing strategy. Discover how creative content contributes to a broader marketing plan and helps reach specific audiences and objectives.
• Connect creativity with commercial goals. Learn how storytelling and video can strengthen a brand, generate interest and support business goals.
• Discover B2B marketing from the inside: learn how to turn expertise, projects and sometimes complex topics into content that is clear, engaging and human.
• Get ownership and room to experiment: take ideas from concept to final edit, try out new formats and bring your own creative perspective to the team.

• You're a student in a relevant field (e.g. multimedia, audiovisual design, film, digital media, communication or content creation, etc) and you're looking for an (unpaid) internship for school
• You're available to work from our office in Sint-Denijs-Westrem
• You're fluent in English and Dutch
• You're interested in B2B marketing and storytelling
• You have a strong interest in video creation, filming and editing and an eye for framing, composition and visual storytelling.
• You have experience with video editing software
• You're creative, hands-on and comfortable turning an idea into actual content.
