Customer Success Manager | Growth & Impact

At FLOW SPARKS, Customer Success is where commercial drive meets strategic impact . As our Customer Success Manager, you own an international portfolio of clients. You don't just keep them happy, you grow them.

You hunt for new opportunities within your accounts, build pipeline from your portfolio, and help customers see how our platform can scale across their entire organisation , from one team to an entire region.

This is the role for someone who's commercially sharp, strategically curious , and energised by owning outcomes rather than just activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1| Own your portfolio end-to-end

Single point of contact for your clients. Fully responsible for their success, retention, and revenue growth.

2| Hunt, build pipeline, close deals

You don't wait for growth to happen. You actively identify expansion opportunities within your accounts, build a healthy pipeline from your portfolio, and own the full commercial cycle from first signal to closing the deal yourself.

3| Build with your customers

Think proactively about how our platform can grow within each organisation, across teams, business units and countries, and translate that into concrete expansion: new licences, new use cases, new regions.

4| Lead QBRs that move the needle

Guide L&D stakeholders and decision-makers from goals to success plans to measurable platform impact. Go beyond reporting. Surface new needs, align on future goals, and position expansion as the logical next step.

6| Stay ahead of risk

Monitor adoption and engagement signals early. Re-activate quiet accounts before they become churn.
