De functie combineert technische expertise met coördinatie , analyse en teamondersteuning . Je werkt nauw samen met siteverantwoordelijken en draagt bij aan veilige , efficiënte en duurzame processen.
De functie inhoud
Wat deze job als Operations Engineer Maintenance inhoudt:
- Oplossen van technische problemen aan installaties en uitwerken van verbeteringen en aanpassingen
- Technische ondersteuning bieden bij het dagelijkse operationele beheer van de site
- Delen van technische kennis en ondersteunen van operationele teams op de werkvloer
- Begeleiden , coachen en op elkaar afstemmen van teams in samenwerking met siteverantwoordelijken
- Analyseren en bijsturen van bedrijfsprocessen met het oog op optimalisatie en continue verbetering
- Opvolgen van technische kwaliteitscontroles en ingrijpen waar nodig
- Plannen , coördineren en opvolgen van periodiek onderhoud en herstellingen
- Opvolgen en rapporteren van onderhoudsgerelateerde KPI’s en vertalen naar concrete doelstellingen
- Beheren van technische projecten rond verbeteringen en investeringen
- Ondersteunen van de administratieve opvolging van operationele en wettelijke documenten
- Opstellen en actualiseren van procedures
- Toezien op naleving van milieu -, veiligheids - en ethische richtlijnen
Het profiel
Wie zich herkent in deze rol als Operations Engineer Maintenance:
- Bachelor - of masterdiploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Brede technische interesse en affiniteit met kwaliteit en onderhoud
- Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden
- Hands - on ingesteldheid gecombineerd met een gestructureerde manier van werken
- Eerste ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van teams
- Groot veiligheidsbewustzijn en oog voor regelgeving
- Analytische , pragmatische en verbeteringsgerichte mindset
- Ondernemende houding en verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans , met een functionele kennis van het Engels
- Ervaring met Lean management is een pluspunt
