Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?
- Je documenteert de kaartprocessen (aanvraag, personalisatie, PIN, vernieuwing) en de verzekeringsprocessen (offerte, contract, begunstigden, afkoop, opzeg);
- Je optimaliseert deze processen om flow, conformiteit en standaardisatie te garanderen;
- Je integreert IT‑, regelgevende en digitale impacts;
- Je schrijft business requirements, stelt functionele oplossingen voor en begeleidt de implementatie;
- Je bouwt de teststrategie, bereidt de testen voor, coördineert de validaties en bewaakt de kwaliteit in productie;
- Je analyseert incidenten, identificeert oorzaken, stelt corrigerende acties voor en volgt de KPI’s op;
- Je werkt nauw samen met de business, IT, Compliance, Risk, PMO en externe partners.
Je herkent jezelf hierin
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in een economische, management- of IT‑richting en 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, idealiter binnen kaarten en/of verzekeringen;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van bancaire kaartprocessen en/of verzekeringsprocessen;
- Je hebt affiniteit met projectmanagement, IT en procesoptimalisatie;
- Je bent gestructureerd, dynamisch en een sterke teamspeler;
- Je bent tweetalig FR/NL en beheerst het Engels.
