Financial Talents breidt zijn activiteiten binnen Banking & Financial Services verder uit en is op zoek naar een Consultant Risk & Compliance .
In deze rol werk je mee aan uiteenlopende projecten bij banken, verzekeraars en andere financiële instellingen, waarbij je organisaties ondersteunt in het beheren van risico's en het naleven van steeds veranderende regelgeving.
Je komt terecht in een consultancyomgeving waar afwisseling, ontwikkeling en expertise centraal staan.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Afhankelijk van het project kunnen jouw taken bestaan uit:
Compliance
- Ondersteunen van complianceprocessen en -controles.
- Analyseren en interpreteren van regelgeving.
- Opvolgen en optimaliseren van compliance policies en procedures.
- Ondersteunen van regulatory en remediation projecten.
- Adviseren van stakeholders rond compliancevraagstukken.
Risk Management
- Identificeren en analyseren van financiële en operationele risico's.
- Uitvoeren van risk assessments en controles.
- Opstellen van risicoanalyses en rapporteringen.
- Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van risk frameworks.
- Meewerken aan projecten rond governance, interne controle en regelgeving.
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
- Je hebt ervaring binnen banking, insurance of financial services.
- Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen Compliance, Risk Management of Regulatory Affairs.
- Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig.
- Je communiceert vlot met diverse stakeholders.
- Je bent flexibel, leergierig en voelt je thuis in een consultancyomgeving.
- Kennis van relevante regelgeving (MiFID, GDPR, NBB/ECB-richtlijnen, ESG, enz.) is een mooie troef.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus.
