We are GGC, GxP Guideline Consulting, a young company within De Cronos Groep, specialized in validation and qualification for life science companies.

We want to improve people’s lives by safeguarding quality and compliance within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and encouraging innovation. We are guiding and supporting our clients in assuring that processes, systems, services and products are compliant with regional and global regulations and standards.

The role

We are looking for someone who combines:

What you’ll do

1. Help build the company

• Contribute to strategy, services, and positioning
• Help build a knowledge framework to grow the expertise of your team
• Think along on how we structure teams, offerings, and delivery models
• Support recruitment and onboarding of future consultants
• Bring ideas for growth, partnerships, and innovation

2. Build and support client relationships

• Build trust with stakeholders (from SMEs to leadership)
• Facilitate workshops, align teams, challenge where needed
• Translate regulatory requirements into workable solutions, customized to needs of client
• You are comfortable in a pre-sales role

3. Consult clients

You will act as a trusted consultant within life sciences companies:

• Determine and support validation approach by applying CSA/CSV/SDLC methodologies in real environments
• Support or lead QMS design, SOP writing, and process optimization
• Act as SME bridging business, IT, and quality
• Support authoring, execution and review of validation deliverables
• Guide clients through complex GxP projects in a pragmatic way
• You have experience in helping clients with adopting novel technologies in their regulated environment
