Who we’re looking for
- You’ve got a Master’s degree.
- You bring initial sales experience, a relevant internship, or a proven commercial mindset.
- You learn quickly & love challenges.
- You speak fluent French, with a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- You’ve got an entrepreneurial spark, strong negotiation skills & people skills to match.
- You are ready to bring your vision, commercial drive and creativity to Mars.
What you’ll do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Be the face of Mars in grocery stores across the region.
- Build and elevate real relationships with clients, leveraging your commercial acumen.
- Drive business growth, optimize brand presence, and make sure our brands shine.
- Get coached by a Field Manager who’s got your back from day one.
