Role overview :

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our client's team within the life insurance department and contribute to the analysis, definition, and implementation of solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand user and stakeholder needs
• Gather, structure, and document functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Collaborate with IT / development teams to design solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and ensure proper follow-up

Profile :

• Strong analytical skills and good understanding of business processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Life insurance knowledge
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Good understanding of APIs and the ability to test them xlxgzvr (e.g., using Postman)
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or modeling tools is a plus
• Good command of French and English
