ROLE

We are offering 4-6 month internships for our Paid Media Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate eager to break into the digital advertising industry.

As a Paid Media Intern, you’ll work closely with our Paid Digital Media team to support campaign set-up and execution, optimisation, and reporting for leading brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing media budgets, audience targeting, and performance tracking across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google and more.

We are currently accepting applications for September 2026. Please note that a university agreement is mandatory. Internships of a 6-month duration are preferred. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to the paid social team in their daily tasks and contribute to the team's overall success.
• Assist in the development of social paid amplification strategies by conducting research and leveraging various tools and information sources to uncover insights and build a strong argument.
• Support the Social Strategist in creating visually appealing and persuasive presentations that effectively communicate the value of social paid amplification.
• Assist in the launch and management of paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest, including validating credits, allocating media budget, and tracking performance.
• Collaborate with the team to design target groups for social channels, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and target audience.
• Contribute to the optimisation of campaigns on a daily basis to maximise performance and achieve campaign goals.
• Stay updated on industry developments, platform updates, and best practices in paid media advertising.

 

PROFILE

• Student or recent graduate in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Genuine passion for digital marketing and paid media, with curiosity about how campaigns perform and why
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail - comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations
• Organised and a clear communicator, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Curious, proactive, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Proficient in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
• Eligible to complete an internship in Belgium (e.g. via a convention de stage/stageovereenkomst)
