About the Role

As an Administration & Operations Specialist, you play a central role in our administrative and operational processes, where administration, operational follow up, customer communication, and analytical thinking are key elements of the role.

An important part of your position is professional and customer friendly communication. You are often one of the first points of contact for customers and ensure clear, accurate, and timely information exchange.

Challenge

You are responsible for the accounting preparation and processing of sales invoices and are actively involved in accounts receivable follow up, including clear and professional communication with customers regarding outstanding payments. In addition, you support the verification and follow up of customer orders, proactively informing customers about the status of their file.

At Corilus, our teams work closely together to provide the best possible support to our customers. You will contribute to this collaborative environment by ensuring internal follow up of outstanding files through frequent interaction with the sales and aftersales departments. You ensure accurate input and correct follow up of sales contracts in the database while safeguarding data quality.

You also take on general administrative responsibilities such as reception duties, telephone support, and office management.

In addition, you contribute to operational tasks and participate in various operational projects.

Profile

• Your profile reflects the evolution toward strong, versatile, and customer oriented administrative talent. You combine accuracy, strong communication skills, and digital capabilities with the maturity to independently manage files and responsibilities.

• Accurate and professional administrative skills. You work precisely, have an affinity for numbers, and manage files in a structured and careful manner. Initial experience in a similar role is considered a plus.

• Analytical mindset. You are able to interpret data, identify connections, and formulate improvement proposals. You approach information critically and in a solution oriented way.

• Strong digital skills. You have a good command of MS Office and are open to learning new tools. Digital systems do not intimidate you.

• Communicative and service oriented. Communication is second nature to you, and you feel comfortable interacting directly with customers and colleagues, both by phone and via email. You communicate clearly, professionally, and in a friendly manner, and you follow up on emails efficiently.

• Team player with ownership. You are capable of independently taking full ownership of a file while also enjoying collaboration within a team. You are eager to learn, service minded, and set high quality standards for yourself and your working environment.

• Language skills. You have a good working knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
