Wij zijn op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Junior O2C Specialist om een internationaal finance team in Porto te versterken. Deze rol is ideaal voor kandidaten met een achtergrond in accounting, finance of accounts receivable die willen doorgroeien in een internationale omgeving.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Beheren van Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processen
Verwerken van facturen, betalingen en reconciliaties
Oplossen van facturatieproblemen en ondersteunen bij collections
Bijhouden van financiële gegevens in ERP-systemen
Samenwerken met interne teams voor efficiënte financiële processen
Vereisten
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Bedrijfskunde of gelijkaardig
Minimaal 6 maanden ervaring in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance
(2–5 jaar is een pluspunt)Kennis van boekhoudkundige principes
Sterke Excel-vaardigheden (VLOOKUP, draaitabellen)
Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is een plus)
Nederlands (C1+) en Engels (C1)
Analytisch, nauwkeurig en klantgericht
In staat om te multitasken

Maandag t/m vrijdag: 09:00 – 18:00
Weekend vrij
On-site in Porto

Salaris: €1.557,10 x 14 maanden
Maaltijdvergoeding: €7,63 per dag
