- Support lawyers with legal and administrative tasks.
- Draft, review and format legal documents.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Manage legal files and document databases.
- Prepare regulatory filings and submissions.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up.
- Create and maintain reports and trackers in Excel.
- Assist with data analysis and matter management.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Valid work permit for Belgium.
- Native-level English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent Excel skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Positive, mature and proactive attitude.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
- Eager to learn and grow within an international environment.
