We are looking for a Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys turning market insights into solutions that deliver customer and business value.

Your Opportunity

As a Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager Belgium, you will play a key role in driving one of SD Worx's most important growth engines. You will oversee the Belgian SME portfolio, ensuring our solutions meet the needs of organisations of different sizes and stages of growth. As a member of the Belgium SME Management Team, you will help shape business priorities, growth ambitions, and portfolio strategy for the Belgian market.

You will be responsible for shaping, evolving, and bringing solutions to market across the full HR, Pay and Time playing field — from human expertise and service models to technology-enabled solutions. Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership, you will turn market insights into compelling propositions that are easy to buy, easy to sell, easy to implement, and deliver measurable customer value. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence portfolio direction, commercial performance, and customer success in one of SD Worx's most important markets. You will operate in the Belgian market while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe to ensure local relevance and alignment with broader strategic priorities.

What You'll Do

Drive Go-to-Market Strategy

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption, increase customer value, and support sustainable business growth.

• Bring curiosity and practical understanding of AI-enabled business models, emerging technology trends, and how they can create new value for customers and the business.

Shape Market-Ready Solutions

• Translate customer needs, market developments, and competitive insights into compelling solution offerings, packaging, and positioning.

Drive Commercial Performance

• Monitor commercial performance, customer adoption, and market impact, finding opportunities to strengthen our offering, improve market fit, and increase impact.

• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives Bring together stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Operations to turn strategy into execution.

Influence Strategic Direction

• Shape portfolio priorities and find opportunities for future growth based on customer insights, market developments, and business performance.

Champion Customer Value

• Ensure our solutions stay relevant, differentiated, and focused on solving real customer challenges.

What Makes You Successful

• Experience 7+ years of experience in go-to-market, portfolio management, product marketing, strategic marketing, or a related commercial role

• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, business software, consulting, or professional services is a strong advantage

• Proven track record of bringing solutions to market and driving growth

Leadership & Collaboration

• Success in this role depends on building strong relationships across the business and creating alignment between commercial, operational, and product teams.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions and levels Comfortable working with senior leaders and contributing to strategic discussions

Practical Information

• Location: Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen, or another SD Worx office in Belgium

• Working model: Office first

• Travel: occasionally across Europe.
