Position Summary Join our team in Barcelona as a Google Ads specialist helping Dutch enterprises scale their online presence. You will manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring rapid account onboarding, driving long-term retention, and maximizing marketing performance across your account base.
Primary Duties
- Account Discovery & Setup: Conduct comprehensive discovery with new clients to design tailored multi-channel search strategies.
- Client Engagement: Maintain proactive touchpoints with marketing heads and directors to align ad solutions with corporate objectives.
- Optimization & Management: Build and monitor PPC accounts, adjusting keyword strategies, ad text, audience filters, and conversion paths.
- Data Extraction: Analyze complex account analytics to identify growth opportunities and enhance overall campaign ROAS.
- CRM Administration: Log daily account activities, change requests, and future pipeline opportunities in internal systems.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regional insights from the Dutch commercial sector to refine overall go-to-market strategies.
Applicant Profile
- Languages: C1/C2 fluency in Dutch along with professional working English capabilities.
- Work History: Practical experience in consultative sales, account management, or digital marketing agency environments.
- Regional Insight: Good understanding of Dutch business practices, buyer expectations, and GDPR compliance rules.
- Competencies: Strong numerical literacy, articulate communication style, and familiarity with operational AI tools.
