DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and messaging platforms
• Provide professional technical support to restaurant partners using the company's hospitality platform
• Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a brand ambassador
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, identifying customer needs quickly
• Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• Ensure high-quality service while meeting productivity and performance targets
• Support restaurants with platform-related questions and operational requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with excellent written and spoken communication skills
• English B2 minimum
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Excellent written communication for email support
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of handling sensitive customer data
• High level of empathy, particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations.
