En tant que Lead Technician, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement des installations techniques de l'usine. Vos responsabilités incluent :
- Coordonner et assurer la maintenance préventive et curative de nos lignes de production.
- Organiser le travail quotidien de l'équipe technique (2 à 4 personnes) et garantir la répartition efficace des tâches.
- Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne afin de minimiser les arrêts de production.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, qualité et sécurité pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal des équipements.
- Participer à l'installation, au démarrage et à l'optimisation de nouvelles machines ou lignes automatisées.
- Suivre et documenter les interventions techniques.
- Être moteur dans l'amélioration continue : proposer et mettre en oeuvre des actions pour fiabiliser les équipements et réduire les temps d'arrêt.
- Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et d'hygiène dans toutes les interventions.
- Vous disposez d'un diplôme technique (électromécanique, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent) ou avez acquis une solide expérience dans un environnement de production.
- Vous avez 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de coordination ou de leadership.
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en électricité, mécanique, pneumatique et automatisation.
- Vous êtes orienté solutions, structuré, réactif et avez un excellent esprit d'analyse.
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et êtes à l'aise pour encadrer une petite équipe.
- Vous vous exprimez couramment en français. La connaissance de l'anglais technique est un atout.
