Application Development Manager

Functieomschrijving: Ben jij de gedreven Application Development Manager die we zoeken? In deze sleutelrol krijg je de kans om een team van zeven softwareontwikkelingsexperts aan te sturen en te coachen. Je werkdag omvat onder andere:
- Leiderschap & Coaching: Motiveer en ontwikkel je team, waarbij je een cultuur van eigenaarschap en samenwerking bevordert.
- Technische Visie & Architectuur: Werk samen met de IT Director aan de technologische roadmap en maak onderbouwde keuzes rond architectuur en technologie.
- Softwarekwaliteit: Garandeer de kwaliteit van onze software door in te zetten op code reviews, testautomatisering en monitoring.
- Innovatie & AI: Stimuleer innovatie door moderne softwaretechnologieën en AI te implementeren voor meerwaarde voor klanten.
- Agile Delivery: Beheer de roadmap en backlog via Jira en Confluence, en rapporteer voortgang en risico’s aan de IT Director.
Profiel
- Je hebt een Master in Computer Science of gelijkwaardig.
- Je beschikt over minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in softwareontwikkeling en drie jaar als teamleider.
- Je bent een coachende leider die structuur kan aanbrengen en teams laat groeien.
- Je hebt brede technische kennis van moderne softwarearchitecturen en tools zoals .NET, React, AWS, en Kubernetes.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
