Senior Sales Manager (iGaming B2B Platform) (remote)

We are an international B2B platform serving online casino and sportsbook operators. Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving the company's commercial objectives.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients within the iGaming industry.

  • Build and manage the sales pipeline independently.

  • Generate and qualify leads (MQL → SQL).

  • Drive outbound sales activities through LinkedIn, Telegram, email outreach, industry conferences, exhibitions, and personal networking.

  • Utilize all available lead generation and sales tools.

  • Conduct product presentations, platform demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.

  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage deals through contract signing.

  • Achieve individual sales KPIs and targets.

  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.

  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.

  • Develop relationships with operators, affiliates, agents, and strategic partners.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the iGaming industry.

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Head of Sales, or in a similar role

  • Proven experience selling platform solutions to online casino and sportsbook operators.

  • Experience working with companies such as SoftSwiss, BetConstruct, EveryMatrix, Digitain, Altenar, Slotegrator, GR8 Tech, or similar providers is highly desirable.

  • An established network of operator contacts and warm industry relationships will be a significant advantage.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

  • Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including licensing, payment solutions, and game providers.

  • Willingness to travel internationally and attend industry events.

  • Proven experience working with Tier-1 and LATAM operators

  • Experience selling White Label, Turnkey, and Platform Solutions.

  • Experience launching new markets and brands.

  • Additional language skills, particularly Portuguese or Spanish.

  • Strong international network within the iGaming industry.
