You're ready to deliver in a defined-term role at SAP. You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field. You bring strong business acumen, rewards management experience, and solid knowledge of Dutch benefits legislation. You think strategically, build trust, and influence decisions across Legal, Tax, Finance, and HR. You use data analysis and a project-driven mindset to translate complex regulations into actionable processes. You bring emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and strong complex problem-solving capability.

What you'll build

You'll own a clear scope of work from start to finish. You'll collaborate with experienced SAP professionals and leave a visible mark on the outcomes. The role offers real responsibility — not just support.

You'll own a clear scope of work from start to finish. You'll lead Total Rewards projects end-to-end — including Expense Allowances and Pensions in the Netherlands. This covers scoping, planning, executing, testing, and evaluating outcomes — including business case development where needed. You'll design and manage benefits programmes and vendor relationships, aligned to global strategy. You work with AI tools daily — applying automation, context engineering, and evaluating outputs critically. You support AI adoption, helping colleagues build confidence with new capabilities.
