You are an experienced data engineer or data scientist with an entrepreneurial mindset. You enjoy taking ownership, shaping solutions, and helping companies unlock real value from their data. You’re curious, hands-on, and ready to work on projects where modern AI, customer data, and business impact come together.

We’d love to meet if you:

- Have a proven track record in data engineering and/or data science
- Are comfortable working in fast-changing environments
- Communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders
- Have a problem-solving attitude and a drive to deliver
- Can lead or coach teams when neededHold a valid EU work permit
- Bonus: speak Dutch, French and English

The challenge

As a freelance consultant with Hyperson, you’ll collaborate with clients across industries on strategic data projects and implementation work. Depending on your expertise, your assignments may include:

- Building and orchestrating data platforms, pipelines and cloud architectures
- Developing predictive models, customer insights and CLV frameworks
- Implementing CDP, CRM, CVM or marketing automation solutions
- Supporting GenAI initiatives: RAG systems, LLM integrations, AI assistants
- Leading end-to-end projects, from scoping and data engineering to delivery and validation
- Acting as interim expert, advisor or project manager on marketing data topics
