Business Development Manager

Om onze groei in Vlaanderen te versnellen zoeken wij een gedreven Business Development Manager met commerciële flair en bouwervaring .
Als Business Development Manager ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, dakdekkers, architecten en projectontwikkelaars in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen en Vlaams-Brabant .
Je jaagt actief nieuwe opportuniteiten na, bouwt duurzame relaties uit en helpt klanten overtuigen van de meerwaarde van onze oplossingen. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor de opvolging en tevredenheid van bestaande klanten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Nieuwe klanten actief benaderen (hunter) en duurzame relaties onderhouden met bestaande partners (farmer).
- Aannemers, dakdekkers en projectontwikkelaars adviseren over onze duurzame bouwoplossingen: iQ3 cellulose-isolatie, Celit houtvezelplaten en Pro Clima luchtdichtingssystemen.
- Het volledige commerciële traject beheren: van eerste gesprek tot contract.
- Marktinformatie verzamelen en delen om nieuwe kansen te signaleren.
- Eventueel technische infosessies mee ondersteunen bij architecten en bouwpartners (in overleg met het team).
- Minstens één keer per maand aanwezig zijn op het hoofdkantoor in Hombeek.
Je komt terecht in een team van 3 medewerkers, aangestuurd door een Teamlead voor Vlaanderen om samen de regio te ontwikkelen.
Job candidate
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie , bij voorkeur in de bouwsector .
- Ervaring met aannemers (en liefst dakdekkers) is een groot pluspunt; ervaring bij een fabrikant is ideaal.
- Je bent geen junior, maar een ervaren commerciële speler met strategische onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een echte huntermentaliteit .
- Je kan schakelen met verschillende actoren: aannemers, architecten, projectontwikkelaars en bouwheren.
- Commerciële slagkracht is belangrijker dan diepgaande technische kennis, maar je bent bereid om op de werf praktijkervaring op te doen.
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een commerciële of technische richting.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
- Vlot met digitale tools (CRM/ERP).
