En tant que Marketing Manager , vous pilotez la stratégie marketing globale avec un objectif clair
Vos responsabilités : Stratégie & pilotage- Définir et déployer le plan marketing annuel (objectifs, KPI, roadmap)
- Piloter la notoriété de la marque et soutenir la croissance des revenus
Marketing produit & contenu
- Créer des supports adaptés aux publics clés (cliniciens, physiciens, administrateurs)
- Développer des contenus à forte valeur (présentations, appels d'offres.)
Digital & campagnes
- Gérer le site web et optimiser l'expérience utilisateur
- Piloter les campagnes e-mailing, webinars et nurturing
- Suivre les performances (SEO, trafic, conversion)
Réseaux sociaux
- Animer la présence LinkedIn (planning, campagnes, reporting)
- Produire du contenu engageant et mesurer les résultats
Événementiel
- Définir et coordonner les événements et webinaires
- Assurer leur promotion et analyser leur impact
Analyse & performance
- Suivre les KPIs marketing (trafic, leads, engagement.)
- Produire des reportings et optimiser les campagnes
Budget
- Gérer le budget marketing et les prestataires
Profil
Votre profil:
- Vous avez 7+ ans d'expérience en marketing, idéalement dans les dispositifs médicaux, la health tech ou l'éducation professionnelle
- Vous possédez une expertise opérationnelle en marketing digital, e-marketing, SEO, réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn organique et payant) et analytics (Google Analytics, stratégie UTM)
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion d'événements, sponsoring et webinaires de bout en bout
- Vous êtes expérimenté(e) dans la gestion de budgets marketing et de fournisseurs
- Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles (LinkedIn, emails, présentations, brochures, scripts.)
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements internationaux et multi-parties prenantes
