Procurement & Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Delivery Manager to join a leading company in the green hydrogen sector.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of project procurement, expediting and logistics activities, ensuring that equipment, materials and services are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality requirements.
This role is ideal for a senior procurement professional with strong experience in EPC or large-scale industrial projects, supplier management and international delivery operations.
You will define and implement delivery strategies covering procurement, expediting and logistics.
You will ensure the timely, cost-effective and compliant delivery of equipment, materials and services.
You will identify supply chain risks at an early stage and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
You will lead and coordinate a small team of Project Procurement Buyers.
You will oversee international logistics operations, transport coordination and customs compliance.
You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Construction, Project Management and Production teams.
You have solid experience in project procurement within industrial, EPC or large-scale engineering environments.
You have managed procurement activities from supplier award through manufacturing, expediting and final delivery.
You have strong experience in supplier performance management, contractual follow-up and supply chain risk mitigation.
You are familiar with international logistics, customs requirements and transport of industrial equipment.
You have previous experience leading or coordinating buyers or procurement teams.
You are comfortable working in an international, cross-functional and fast-paced project environment.
Fluent French and English are required.
You are available to travel occasionally within Europe to group entities and subcontractor sites.
