Als Technical Compliance, Quality & Sustainability Coordinator speel je een sleutelrol in het behalen van onze doelstellingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid en innovatie, terwijl je je expertise inzet om ambitieuze projecten te leiden. Hier zijn de verantwoordelijkheden en competenties die we waarderen:
Functieomschrijving:
Je ziet toe op de naleving van de Europese wetgeving voor bouwproducten (CE-markering, prestatieverklaringen, chemische veiligheid) en houdt alle technische documenten, veiligheidsinformatie en etiketten up-to-date om de regelgevende conformiteit en productveiligheid te waarborgen.
Je verzamelt milieugegevens, voert levenscyclusanalyses (LCA) uit en stroomlijnt onze duurzaamheidscommunicatie naar externe belanghebbenden om onze duurzaamheidsstrategie krachtig uit te dragen.
Je ondersteunt de Kwaliteitsmanager bij externe audits, herziet procedures en leidt kwaliteitsprojecten om ons kwaliteitsborgingssysteem continu te verbeteren.
Je analyseert klachten van klanten, identificeert trends en coördineert corrigerende maatregelen met Operations, Kwaliteitscontrole en R&D om de productkwaliteit en klanttevredenheid te verhogen.
Je beheert de masterdata in SAP om een nauwkeurige, betrouwbare en up-to-date product- en procesinformatie te garanderen.
Belangrijkste competenties:
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (chemie, materialen, bouw, milieukunde of kwaliteitszorg) gecombineerd met ervaring in een technische of kwaliteitsomgeving om complexe kwaliteitsprocessen vlot te sturen.
Je benut je grondige kennis van bouwproductwetgeving, chemische veiligheidsnormen en milieubeoordelingen (zoals LCA en EPD) om onze producten en documentatie volledig conform de wetgeving te houden.
Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels (kennis van het Frans is een troef) en gebruikt SAP-masterdata om gegevens nauwkeurig te beheren en vlot samen te werken in een internationale omgeving.
Je zet je analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden in om projecten en uitdagingen afdelingsoverschrijdend en gestructureerd te coördineren.
Je werkt nauw en oplossingsgericht samen met uiteenlopende teams (R&D, Kwaliteitscontrole, Operations, Sales) om corrigerende acties en kwaliteitsverbeteringen succesvol door te voeren.
