With our current Technical Manager retiring in the next few years, we are looking for an experienced professional to join now and gradually take over the role, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in our technical support and consulting services.

Your Role  

As a Technical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and advising our customers, partners, and internal teams on fire detection and security technologies. You will be the go-to expert for technical inquiries, system design, and customer support, ensuring high-quality solutions and a strong client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing, and technically challenging environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Technical consulting & customer support: Act as the primary technical advisor for end customers, planning offices, and installers regarding security and fire detection systems.

• Solution design & planning: Visit customer sites to assess security needs and create tailored system proposals.

• Project management: Prepare detailed offers and coordinate with installers

• After-sales support: Provide ongoing technical assistance, ensuring customers get the most out of their security solutions.

• Training & knowledge sharing: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on new technologies and system updates.

• Brand expertise: Stay up to date with our portfolio (ESSER, Honeywell, Detectomat, Schneider Intercom, etc.) and guide customers in selecting the best solutions.

What You Bring

• Technical background: Vocational training or certification as a technician or master craftsman, preferably in low-voltage security technology, electronics, or a related field.

• Customer-focused mindset: Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Problem-solving skills: A hands-on approach to troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.

• Flexibility & adaptability: Ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

• Languages: Fluent in German and French; Luxembourgish or additional languages are a plus.

• Technical curiosity: While prior experience with our specific brands is an advantage, we provide full training on our product portfolio.
