Job Description

About the role:

As Account Manager for the Belgian market, you will take ownership of a portfolio of around 30 mid-level partners , helping them unlock their growth potential on our marketplace. Beyond managing your own accounts, you will have the opportunity to shape how we work by contributing to cross-functional projects, improving processes and taking ownership of topics that have a direct impact on our growing marketplace business.

You will join an international Account Management team within Customer Success Management, positioned between our Key Account Management and Partner Management teams. We mainly work remotely and stay closely connected through regular team dailies, creating an environment where you have plenty of autonomy while still being surrounded by colleagues who are ready to support each other.

About your tasks:

• Take ownership of around 30 marketplace partners , build strong relationships and use regular performance conversations to identify opportunities around assortment, pricing, revenue, Ad Spend and overall business growth.
• Turn KPIs and data into action by identifying quick wins, understanding performance trends and translating your analysis into clear recommendations that help your partners grow.
• Take responsibility beyond your account portfolio by contributing to cross-functional projects , such as rolling out our CRM tool and establishing or improving processes across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Key Account Management, Retail Media and other stakeholders , becoming a trusted point of contact for both your partners and internal teams.
• Explore how AI tools can make information processing, analysis and recurring activities smarter and more efficient, while continuously looking for ways to improve how we work

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Key Account Management, Marketplace or E-Commerce and genuinely enjoy talking to partners and understanding their businesses.
• You are comfortable working with KPIs and Excel and know how to turn numbers into insights and actions. Pivot tables and lookup functions are familiar territory for you.
• You enjoy working independently , organizing a varied portfolio and taking ownership of additional projects rather than waiting for the next task to come your way.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch . Knowledge of French or German is a valuable plus, and you feel comfortable working in English as part of an international team.
