Develop your client portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with technology leaders and hiring managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
- Understand clients' growth plans, challenges, and recruitment needs.
- Advise clients on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
- Identify, attract, and engage highly skilled professionals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates' ambitions and motivations.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support professionals in making important career decisions.
- Manage recruitment assignments from A to Z.
- Match talent with business needs.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

You don't necessarily need recruitment experience to succeed.
We are looking for individuals who:- Speak English with at least a native level in French OR Dutch.
- Are passionate about building relationships.
- Have a strong commercial mindset.
- Enjoy working towards ambitious goals.
- Are naturally curious and eager to learn about businesses and industries.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
