The Compliance Team at DPAM plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity and reputation of the organization. As a trusted partner to business lines, the team collaborates closely with portfolio managers, risk, legal, and operational departments to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.

Your position


You will join the DPAM Compliance Team and report directly to the DPAM Chief Compliance Officer.


In the role of DPAM Junior Compliance Officer (VIE) you will be in charge of:
• Supporting the team with update and drafting of compliance risk assessment, annual compliance action plan , monitoring program , policies and procedures
• Supporting the team in the realization of the compliance monitoring program and performing second level controls
• Following the evolution of the regulatory environment in the usual core compliance areas (UCITS, AIFM, MiFID, AML, MAD-MAR) at European level
• Supporting the team with the preparation of trainings, e-learnings, tests related to Compliance topics



Your profile
• You have a Master in Law (or Economics) and knowledge of the European financial regulations.
• You have very good oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• You show interest for the financial industry and financial products.
• Knowledge of the fund industry is an asset.
• You have good IT skills and a taste for project management.
• You have a positive and team player personality.
• You are a fast learner and willing to grow in the role.
