- Operates a high-volume, high-complexity digital and logistics ecosystem

- Currently executing a strategic shift towards a digital-first B2B operating model
Beschrijving van de functie
- Own end-to-end programme delivery across web platform, middleware, ERP, PIM, CRM and DAM
- Maintain full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and benefits realisation
- Chair the Steering Committee and enable effective executive-level decision-making
- Act as senior escalation point between business stakeholders and technology partners
- Manage and challenge the system integrator on planning, estimates, and delivery quality
- Enforce governance standards (PRINCE2) including stage gates and exception reporting
- Drive clarity and execution across cross-functional workstreams (IT, Marketing, Operations)
- Lead multi-country rollout strategy including readiness, UAT, go-live and hypercare
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and cost pressures and implement mitigations
Jouw profiel
- Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner (mandatory); MSP or equivalent strongly preferred
- 10+ years' experience in programme or complex project delivery
- Proven senior leadership in managing large technology integrator engagements
- Demonstrated success delivering B2B e-commerce or enterprise platform programmes
- Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture landscapes
- Confident executive-level communicator with strong stakeholder alignment skills
- Able to take control of programmes at critical reset or transformation phases
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
