Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels
The Reservation Agent Trainee supports the reservations team by helping manage inquiries and learning how to convert calls into confirmed bookings. Under supervision, the intern will learn to deliver an outstanding telephone experience while developing a professional and welcoming attitude that reflects the hotel’s quality and standards. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail are essential to developing the skills needed for success in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Student currently enrolled in Management, Hospitality, or a related field, and must have a valid internship agreement
- Strong interest in hospitality, customer service, or reservations
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills; comfortable with customer calls
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (required); French and/or Dutch are an asset
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus but not mandatory
- Motivation to provide warm, professional, and consistent customer service
