Performance marketeer (FR or NL)

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketeer (FR or NL) to join one of our clients' teams.

What are your responsibilities?

• Own the end-to-end digital sales funnel , managing the journey from paid and owned traffic generation to mid and lower-funnel conversion optimization.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve short, mid, and long-term sales results through data-driven insights and project management.
• Manage tactical media plans , overseeing SEA, programmatic advertising, social media, and content in collaboration with specialized media teams.
• Drive experimentation and CRO , utilizing A/B testing and research to optimize commercial web and app pages continuously.
• Optimize SEO and digital content to ensure top-tier search engine rankings and a "best-in-class" customer experience for key products.
• Monitor performance and ROI using analytical tools (such as Adobe Analytics) to track attribution, funnel health, and campaign efficiency.
• Champion innovation and best practices , testing new targeting techniques and creative formats while sharing learnings across the broader organization.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to implement changes and new digital capabilities that fuel business growth.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, digital marketing, or innovation.
• Master’s degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• Analytical expert , comfortable working with tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Semrush, and keyword research tools.
• Mastery of the "Growth" mindset , with deep knowledge of SEO, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in an international context.
• Strong execution mindset ; you are a proactive collaborator who loves to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to life.
• Trilingual skills : Fluency in English AND either Dutch or French is required.
• Strong writing skills for digital content and a "digital-first" approach to problem-solving.
