To support our growing practice, we are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our Trade Automation team, with a strong focus on SAP GTS (Global Trade Services).


The Global Trade team supports organizations in navigating the complexity of international trade regulations through technology-enabled solutions. By combining deep regulatory expertise with SAP-driven automation (notably SAP GTS), we help clients improve compliance, reduce operational risk, and optimize cross-border processes.


You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team working at the intersection of international trade, technology, and consulting. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful client projects in an international environment.


Your Key Responsibilities


As a Junior Consultant in Trade Automation, you will:

• Support the implementation and optimization of SAP GTS solutions
• Translating international trade regulations into system and business requirements
• Work closely with Global Trade Advisory colleagues to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Assist clients in:
  • Customs compliance automation
  • Export controls and sanctions screening
  • Trade preference management
  • Risk management and reporting
• Participating in client workshops, system design sessions, and testing cycles
• Contribute to solution architecture, documentation, and project deliverables
• Continuously build your expertise in global trade processes and SAP technology
• You will work in multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to both business advisory and technology implementation.

Your Profile


You have:

• A Master's degree (e.g. Business Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field)
• 0-2 years of experience (internships or thesis experience in consulting, SAP, or trade is a plus)
• Strong interest in international trade, customs, and trade compliance
• A good understanding of supply chain processes and global business environments
• Affinity with technology and willingness to learn SAP solutions (experience is a plus, not a must)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Team spirit, proactivity, and eagerness to learn
• A curious and innovative mindset with a drive to grow in a consulting environment
